2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Revision Petition. As a result, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif Court), Pudukkottai, is directed to dispose of the case in R.C.O.P.No.5 of 2017 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
