COMMON ORDER These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 324 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole respondent, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole respondent, and to bring on record respondent Nos.2 to 9 as the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent and rank them as respondent Nos.2 to 9 in C.M.A.(MD)No.255 of 2022 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused 2/4

the common affidavit filed in support of these petitions.

3. The names of respondent Nos.5 to 9 have been printed in the cause list.

4. The learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 has not raised any serious objection to allow these petitions.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
