Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to collect the loan amount sum of Rs.1,09,33,539/- out of the four loans excluding the second loan amount due to the death of the petitioner's husband through the above HDFC LIFE INSURANCE COMPLANY LIMITED - HDFC Life Group Credit Protect Plus Insurance plan and to return the remaining amount to the petitioner (Nominee) and to cancel the Memorandum of Deposit of Title Deeds of the building constructed at Shed No.35, T.S.No.1651 to an extent of 12826 sq.ft situated at Nagalnayakkanpatti, Athiyanoothu, Dindigul 624 003 and to return the other documents is in possession of the third respondent regarding the above loan, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 03.07.2025, within the time stipulated by this Court.
