ORDER

The petitioners have filed the present petition to quash the proceedings in Crime No.21 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent dated 22.11.2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ same is yet to be taken on file.

3. Inasmuch as the charge sheet has been filed, nothing survives in this petition for the present. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to pursue such remedy as may be available to them under law before the concerned Magistrate, if there are grounds available to them. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
