This Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to call for the records pertaining to the order and decreetal order dated 20.12.2017 passed in I.A.No.187 of 2017 in 2017 in O.S.No.7 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal and set aside the same by allowing the Civil Revision Petition and thus render justice. ORDER:

This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 16.02.2018, and the requisition letter received from the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Kodaikanal for extension of time for further two months in D.No.1377/2018 dated 12.09.2018 and this court made the following order:

"The time sought for by the Court below is granted. 2.The Court below is strictly directed to conclude the proceedings pending in O.S.No.7 of 2014 on the file of the Learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, kodaikanal, within the extended time and report compliance to the Registry, without fail".
