ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.03 of 2018, dated 17.04.2018, on the file of the second respondent Police. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though respondent Police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 17.04.2018, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation has been substantially completed in Crime No.3 of 2018 and the respondent Police is preparing to file charge sheet before the concerned Court.

Petition stands disposed of. However, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
