(Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J.) The writ petition is challenging the Sale Notice dated 10.01.2022, fixing the date of sale as 29.01.2022. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent Bank states that the sale could not be completed for want of bidders. 3.

So, in view of the same, the prayer in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
