ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the third and fourth respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner in the name of investigation / enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the fifth respondent. The fifth respondent appeared to have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

preferred some complaint to the respondent Police. Based on which, the petitioner is being harassed.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that on a complaint given by the fifth respondent an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 25.01.2019 as it involves civil dispute. He also added that the respondent Police have neither harassed the petitioner nor intended to harass him.

5. The statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

6. Inasmuch as the petition filed against the petitioner has been closed, the presece of the petitioner is not necessary.

7. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
