This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town (Rent Controller) to dispose of the case in E.P.No.167 of 2015 in R.C.O.P.No.297 of 2013 within a stipulated time limit.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present revision petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
