ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.545 of 2017, dated 11.08.2017 and to file final report within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent Police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 11.08.2017, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation has been substantially completed in Crime No.545 of 2017 and the respondent Police is preparing to file charge sheet before the concerned Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. However, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
