Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.A2 / 506 / 2017 dated 07/03/2017 as confirmed on appeal by the 1st respondent in his proceedings No. A3 / 5 /18 dated 28/09/2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant patta to the petitioner in respect of the 18 1/2 cents of Nathamlands in Survey No.1092 in Thirukurunkudi Village in Thirunelveli District.
