This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.71 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.It is seen from the records that there are specific allegations and averments against the petitioners in the First Information Report and as such, the first respondent Police has to investigate the matter in depth. At this stage, the First https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Information Report cannot be quashed on its threshold.

3.Therefore, this Court finds no merit to quash the proceedings in this Criminal Original Petition and the same stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
