ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.64 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 29.08.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 279, 337, 338 and 304(ii) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2. According to the prosecution, that on 28.08.2015, the accused drove the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 65 T 9983 in a rash and negligent manner and dashed against the two wheeler bearing Registration No.TN 58 U 1643 and caused death to the rider of the two wheeler and injuries to two other persons.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a driver of the van and on the date of occurrence, a school going child suddenly crossed the road and avoid the accident, the petitioner stopped the vehicle and at that time, the accident had taken place.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital and that the petitioner has been incarceration for about 30 days.

5. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rameshwaram, Ramanathapuram District and on further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
