PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2019 and to register the petitioner's property.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that on 03.12.2019, the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2019 was duly considered by the authorities concerned stating that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.2190 of 2020 petitioner has to approach the civil Court to workout his remedy and the same has also been communicated to the petitioner on 04.12.2019. Therefore, the learned Government Advocate prays before this Court that the writ petition ought to be dismissed. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now and therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court to workout his remedy, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
