O RDER This Petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.14 of 2020, pending from the file of the second respondent police to any other investigating agency for proper investigation.

2. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over, charge sheet filed and the same was taken on file as Calendar Case and that the case was posted for examination of witnesses.

3. On the side of the petitioner, it is fairly admitted that the matter has become infructuous.

4. In view of the submission made by both sides, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
