ORDER

Heard the learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to restrain the second respondent from entertaining or registering any document pertaining to the subject properties. It is seen that the petitioner has already filed O.S.No.175 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Thanjavur seeking relief of permanent injunction. The second respondent herein is figuring as the third defendant in the said suit. It is for the petitioner to obtain an interim relief in the pending suit. The petitioner cannot parallely move the writ Court. Permitting the petitioner to work out his remedy in O.S.No.175 of 2020, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
