This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 528 BNSS praying to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2408 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.212 of 2024 dated 27.02.2024.

ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the trial Court once in a month at 10.30 1/3

a.m. until further orders by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.2408 of 2024 in Crl.R.C. (MD)No.212 of 2024 dated 27.02.2024.

2. In pursuance of the direction of this Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi has submitted a report stating that the petitioner has appeared and signed before the said Court on the first working day of every month except on 01.02.2025.

3. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to modify the condition. The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court, once in an alternative month i.e., on the first working day of alternative month commencing from 01.04.2025 at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
