ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram to dispose of the case in CC.No.155 of 2020 within the stipulated time.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that there are five accused in CC.No.155 of 2020, out of which, four accused alone appeared before the Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram and the fifth accused is yet to be served. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Radhapuram to dispose of CC.No.155 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible.
