This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.248 of 2017 in O.S.No.74 of 2012 dated 17.112017 by the learned District Munsif, Madurai Taluk. ORDER:
This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the grounds of this Civil Revision Petition, the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif, Madurai Taluk at Madurai, vide D.No.75/2019 dated 01.02.2019, and in the presence of Mr.K.S.Sreenivasan, Advocate for the petitioner this Court made the following order: "The matter has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time'.
2.This Court by order dated 27.08.2018 in the Civil Revision Petition, has directed the learned District Munsif, Madurai Taluk, to dispose of the proceedings in O.S.No.74 of 2012, within a period of three months.
3.Now, the learned District Munsif, Madurai Taluk, vide letter dated 01.01.2019, has requested extension of time stating that the order copy received by this Court on 23.08.2018 and the three months directions has been expired.
4.Hence, time is extended for three months and the learned District Munsif, Madurai Taluk, is directed to dispose of the suit within three months from the date of receipt of this order".
