ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the first to third respondents to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioner and her husband.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The petitioner faces threat to his life, limb and liberty at the hands of the respondents 4 to 8. The petitioner submitted that there is some dispute over the right to her property and in that regard, she has already preferred a complaint to the respondent Police.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a complaint previously given indicates some dispute within the members of the same family.

5.If the petitioner has any real threat perception to her life, limb and liberty, she is directed to file a fresh representation / complaint to the third respondent police, receiving which, the third respondent shall cause necessary enquiry and take necessary decision to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner.
