ORDER
By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.
2.This writ petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent Administrator to convene forthwith the Extraordinary General Body meeting of the society at Karungal, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District, in light of the orders passed by this Court in WP(MD).No.24704 of 2023 dated 13.10.2023. 3.Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.
4.This Court in W.P.(MD)No.24704 of 2023 dated 13.10.2023 has already passed an order directing the 3rd respondent to conduct General Body meeting.

5.The learned Government Advocate on the basis of the written instructions received from the General Manager of the 3rd respondent Society, submitted that on 20.02.2025, the General Body meeting is likely to be convened.
6.Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to convene the General Body meeting on 20.02.2025 at Karungal, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District.
7. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
