This direction petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide with proper police protection to the life and limb of the petitioners, on the basis of the complaint dated 06.08.2014.

2.The petitioners seek police protection to their life and limb through a representation dated 06.08.2014. Now, 4-1/2 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted now. 3.In view of the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
