ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2, in Crime No.451 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.08.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Section 397 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with A1 snatched the de-facto complainant's chain weighing 6 sovereign, in the year 2011.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) filed a detailed counter stating that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he is a notorious criminal and he is having six previous cases, which are all similar in nature.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the counter affidavit filed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
