ORDER

The petitioners having stood guarantee for certain loan which the principal debtor have obtained from the third respondent / private financial institution, have come forward with this present petition, seeking Police protection to their life, limb and liberty.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the

petitioners are yet to inform the second respondent Police about their threat perception.

4. Be that as it may, if the petitioners have any real threat perception to their life, limb and liberty, they are directed to file a fresh representation / complaint to the second respondent police, receiving which, the second respondent shall cause necessary enquiry and take necessary decision to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
