When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the prosecution submitted that the petitioner had been released on bail vide order of this Court dated 08.07.2024 passed in CRL.O.P.(MD) No.10068 of 2024. Subsequently, he was added as an accused in a murder case.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission, since the petitioner has violated the conditions stipulated in the bail order, the bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 08.07.2024 in CRL.O.P.(MD) No.10068 of 2024 stands cancelled.
