ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, against the docket order, dated 17.01.2018 passed in Unnumbered I.A.No.of 2018 in O.S.No.262 of 2011 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Palani.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Recording the said endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
