ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents to provide police protection to him to perform rituals as Poojari in a temple at Thavasimedai, Sanarpatty, Dindigul.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1943 of 2021 accepts notice on behalf of the first and second respondents, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner was closed on 22.10.2020, after enquiring the petitioner and the private respondents. His further contention is that since both the petitioner and the private respondents agreed to settle this dispute before a competent civil Court, the said petition was closed.
3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
