This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 27.01.2023 praying to call for the records in C.C.No.78 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai, Thanjavur District and quash the same.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submits that the trial Court after conducting the trial, had acquitted the petitioners in C.C.No.78 of 2022 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
