ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 to A4, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 419,420,467,468 r/w.120(b) of IPC seek anticipatory bail.

2. In continuation to the earlier order dated 11.03.2021, it is found that all the accused persons in a well defined manner had committed the offence and there are materials to show that the accused persons conspired together and created forged documents and caused encumbrance over the property, therefore custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required, hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. In the result, the petition stands dismissed.
