RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11702/2017 dated 13/09/2017 on the file of this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SRINIVASA RAGAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 323, 302 and 506(ii) I.P.C r/w Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly for a period https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of 59 days.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
