Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has given a complaint before the second respondent. The second respondent seeks four weeks to conclude the enquiry.

Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry into the petition mentioned complaint on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date receipt of copy of this order.
