Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V. KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323, 506(i), 417, 376, 379(NH) I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Harassment of Women Act while granting anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is not regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10117 of 2017, dated 03.08.2017. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
