Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 6, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.141 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The prosecution case is that due to civil dispute, the accused are said to have attacked the defacto complainant and caused injuries and also threatened him with dire consequences. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence and pray for anticipatory bail in favour of the petitioners.

4.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the accused No.1 is having three previous cases. 5.Considering the nature of offences, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions. on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners No.1,2,4,5 & 6 shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required and the third petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

5. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
