ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who were arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 31.01.2019, for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC in Crime No. 3 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other persons collected money from 13 victims to the tune of Rs.26,00,000/- for getting job in gulf countries , thereafter they neither secured job nor returned the money, hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence. He would also submit that the petitioner herein has collected the money and the same was paid to the agent who is running travel agency in Mumbai and he has also filed a complaint before the Boothapandi Police Station against the agent and hence, he would pray for bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner herein collected collected money from 13 victims to the tune of Rs.26,00,000/- for getting job in gulf countries , thereafter they never secured job neither returned the money. He would also submit that investigation is pending and hence he objected for grant of bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that 13 victim were cheated by the petitioner without getting job and the money was not paid to them, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed.
