ORDER

The petitioner seeks transfer of investigation in Crime No.32 of 2013, which is being investigated by the third respondent.

2. The allegation in the FIR is that the petitioner's daughter has committed suicide within seven years of her marriage and that it is the case of dowry death.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation was monitored by the first respondent, a charge sheet has been laid for the offence under Section 306 IPC and it has been taken on record by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur in P.R.C.No.9 of 2019 and it is posted for the appearance of the accused.

4. The statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded.

5. Inasmuch as the investigation is completed and the charge sheet has been laid, the fundamental apprehension of the petitioner appears to have been answered. Therefore, nothing is to be stated more for the present. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
