Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner wants the respondents 1 & 2 to conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries in the petition mentioned land.

3. Since the third respondent has raised an objection, he was also put on notice. The third respondent has not placed any material in support of their claim. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to conduct the petition mentioned survey and demarcation exercise after putting the adjacent land owners on notice.
