This writ petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaints dated 17.10.2024.
2. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent as against the 3rd and 4th respondents, but no action was taken. Therefore, he filed this petition.
3.The leaned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents No.1 to 3 would submit that based on the representation of the petitioner, they have issued summons to the petitioner for enquiry and the same was posted on 08.01.2025, but the Page No. 2 of 4
petitioner has not appeared. Thereafter, again posted for appearance of both parties and therefore, they will complete the enquiry within one week.
4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is only to consider the representation and to take action, now the 3rd respondent also issued summon for conducting enquiry, it is appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry within one week. Accordingly, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within one week from the date of receipt of this order.
5. With the above said direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
