O R D E R

The present petition is filed to direct the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.526 of 2016 and file a charge sheet in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has been laid before the concerned Magistrate Court on N.SESHASAYEE, J.

tsg 16.09.2016 and the learned Magistrate has closed the case as "mistake of fact".

4.The said statement is recorded. It appears that the petitioner was not put on notice about the referred charge sheet filed by the Investigating Officer. Now the petitioner is directed to move the concerned Magistrate Court to work out his remedies as per law.

5.In view of the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
