Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition on 08.06.2020 challenging the order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings Pa.Mu.(B2).3931/2018 dated 02.03.2020 in respect of the property being S.No.41/13 measuring 0.33.0 Hectare situated at Melaparthibanoor Group, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramnad within a time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to dispose of the revision petition now pending before the second respondent / the District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram District, which revision was preferred on 08.06.2020 in respect of the grant or otherwise of patta in Survey No.41/13 measuring 0.33.0 hectares at Melaparthibanoor Group, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramnad District.

2. In view of the nature of the order passed, I am not directing notice to the fourth respondent.
3. Mr.D.Ghandiraj, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for respondents 1 to 3.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader stated that, on 31.01.2022, the second respondent / the District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram District, had issued notice to the petitioner and also to the fourth respondent herein to attend an inquiry on 18.02.2022.
5. Let the inquiry proceed in manner known to law. After following due procedure, the second respondent may endeavour to complete the inquiry and pass necessary orders on or before 30.04.2022.
6. With the said observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
