2.Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1473 of 2024 had been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.817 of 2023 pending investigation on the file of the 1st Respondent Police.

3.The learned Counsels for the Petitioners in both cases submitted that subsequent to the registration of FIR, the Petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1453 of 2024, who are the Accused in Cr.No.818 of 2023 and the Petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1473 of 2024, who are the Accused in Cr.No.817 of 2023 have arrived at a compromise and Joint Compromise Memos, dated 23.01.2024 had also been filed before this Court. Hence, they prayed to allow this Petition.

4.The Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, had also filed a status report stating that the settlement arrived at between the parties are bona fide. They are also identified by the Inspector of Police with their Aadhar card. The status report filed by the Inspector of Police, Anna Nagar Police Station, Madurai, is recorded.
