The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the third respondent not to harass him.

2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first and second respondents, on instructions, would contend that no complaint was received against the present petitioner. His further submission is that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the third respondent and the same is registered in CSR.No.40 of 2021 and posted for enquiry. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
