Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition filed under 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings Lease and Rent Control Act, to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 26.10.2016 in R.C.A.No.11 of 2014 on the file of the Rent Controller Appellate Authority cum Principal Sub Judge, Kumbakonam, confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 4.6.2014 in R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2010 on the file of the Rent Controller cum Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam.

DECREE:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the Grounds of Civil Revision Petition and the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First Instance and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.K.Vijayaraghavan, Advocate for the Respondent,and the petitioner not appearing in person or through his counsel and this Court while dismissing this Civil Revision Petition, doth order and decree as follows:

1) That the fair and decreetal order dated 26.10.2016 made in R.C.A. No.11 of 2014 on the file of the Rent Controller Appellate Authority Cum Principal Sub Judge, Kumbakonam, Confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 04.06.2014 made in R.C.O.P.No.1 of 2010 on the file of the Rent Controller cum Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam be and hereby are confirmed and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed; and
