ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Petitioner, who is arrayed as sole accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No. 1116 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had received some amount from the de-facto complainant on the assurance of getting job in the Noon Meals Organisation, but she failed to keep up her words, nor returned the amount.

3. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

4. The petitioner has moved application in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 21176 of 2013 seeking for anticipatory bail and she was granted anticipatory bail by this court on 26.11.2013 and as per the direction of the respondent, this present application is field, after registration of the case.

5. This Court has already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in this case and after registration of the case, second anticipatory bail petition for the same cause of action is not necessary. Hence, this petition is closed.
