ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the respondents more particularly to the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
3.The petitioner complains harassment at the hands of the second respondent at the instance of the third respondent. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is a civil dispute among the family members and the same is now pending in O.S.No.39 of 2019, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tenkasi, in which, the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
is arrayed as the third defendant, while the third respondent herein is arrayed as the eighth defendant. In spite of the pending litigation, the second respondent is interfering with the same and harassing the petitioner.
5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that one Sahira has given a complaint, based on which, Crime No.676 of 2018 was registered under Sections 294(b), 323, 427 and Section 4 of Women Harassment Act, in which the petitioner is arrayed as Accused No.1. So far as the present petition is concerned no complaint is pending. He further submitted that there is no harassment by the respondent Police. The said statement is recorded.
6.In the context of the investigation of the aforesaid case in Crime No.676 of 2018, the second respondent is directed to act strictly in accordance law.
7.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
