PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the investigation in connection with the case in Cr.No. 24 of 2020, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Elumalai Police Station, Madurai District to be withdrawn from the said fourth respondent and subsequently to be transferred to any other competent agency or other jurisdictional police station preferably the fifth respondent at the instance of the third respondent forthwith.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2270 of 2020 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet filed on 09.09.2020, before the concerned Court.
3.In view of the same, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
