ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.09.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that due to matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and her husband, the proposed accused who is stated to be the brother of the petitioner's husband, attacked on the petitioner's head. As there was no case registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the matter between the defacto complainant and proposed accused has been settled and the case has been closed based on the statement of the petitioner that no further action is required. It is also submitted that a copy of the closure report has also been sent to the petitioner by post. 5.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
