PRAYER: Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the orders passed in C.C.No.29 of 2007 dated 04.12.2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhunagar and allow the above Criminal Revision Petition and remitted the case in C.C.No.29 of 2007 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhunagar in a speedy manner within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Revision is filed against the order of dismissal acquitting the accused in C.C.No.29 of 2007 dated 04.12.2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhunagar.

2.Against the order of dismissal only appeal will lie. This revision has been filed by misconception after the dismissal of the complaint. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy before the appropriate forum. The Registry is directed to return the judgment to the revision petitioner to process further.
