O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to refund the excess stamp duty of Rs.4,50,680/- and excess registration fees of Rs.6,28,960, aggregating a sum of Rs.10,70,640/- for registering the sale certificate registered on 08.05.2025 in document No. 1172/2025 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.06.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner has made a representation on 04.06.2025 to the respondents, seeking to refund the excess amount of Rs.10,79,640/- paid by him on 08.05.2025 and 13.05.2025 as stamp duty and registration fees pertaining to document No.1172/2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 04.06.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 04.06.2025, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
