ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1 to 3 respondents and his men not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on the false complaints of the fourth respondent and his men.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police are harassing the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that neither a complaint nor any case is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police and the respondent police are neither harassing the petitioner nor interested in harassing the petitioner whatsoever. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is made clear that now the presence of the petitioner is not necessary to the respondent police either for interrogation or for enquiry.
