No.12514/2017 dated 21/09/2017 on the file of this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SENGUTTUARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of C.MAYILVAHANA RAJENDRAN on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 302 IPC in Crime No.484 of 2017, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
